When will my order arrive ?
All our orders are shipped within 48 hours. When your order ships, we send you an e-mail containing the information necessary to track your package.
When my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when we ship your order.
Can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order until we ship it. To cancel an order, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received from us, and state that you'd like to cancel this order.
Can I return an order ?
You can return your order up to 10 days after reception and get your money back. Products must be returned in their original packaging. To organize a return, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received at the time of purchase and state why you'd like to return your product, we'll send you detailed instructions.
